Kids Classes


Outdoor Fun & Games

Age 2-5 / Age 5-8 / Age 8+

Length of Class: 50 minutes
When: Weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings (see Class Schedule)

Location: Komazawa Park / Nogemachi Park / Futakotamagawa Park / Kinuta Park (see Locations)

These classes will introduce many fun games and exercises that will stimulate your child's hand-eye coordination, motor skills, reaction speed, power, and agility. The kids will be challenged to friendly competition, use of balls and other equipments, and communicating and teamwork. All of these skills will come useful when the kids participate in various sports down the road.

Sports 101 ~Introductory Class~

Age Age 5-8 / Age 8+

Length of Class: 50 minutes
When: Saturday mornings (see Class Schedule)

Location: Seisen International School Gymnasium (see Locations)

This Gym Class will introduce the kids to a variety of sports such as basketball, dodgeball, and soccer.  The kids will learn the basic concept of the sport and practice introductory techniques such as throwing, catching, and dribbling--all of which will come very useful in any sport they may get involved in down the road. Competition, communication, discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship are all factors that will be covered in this class.



English Playtime

All Ages

Length: 50 minutes
When: By request

Location: By request

If you want to introduce your child to English in a casual and fun way, let them play at a park, play games, or do some arts and crafts in English! We can do whatever your child enjoys doing, and the English will naturally follow. These classes can be a one-on-one or a small group session.



Cooking & Nutrition

Ages 4-8

Length: 90 minutes
When: Once a month (see schedule)

Location: TBD (未定)

In this cooking class, the kids will practice cutting, mixing, measuring, and putting together a dish. I will introduce different foods and share the nutritional benefits of the food. Not only will they learn about nutrition and health, but they will also learn challenge themselves to new foods or foods they dislike. It's amazing how friends and fun can stimulate kids to step out of their comfort zone!


Adult Clases


Outdoor Fit & Fun

Length: 60 min.

When: Weekday mornings 9:30-10:30am / 10:30-11:30am (see schedule)

3-10 students / class

We will utilize the big open spaces at Noge Park, Komazawa Park, Futako Tamagawa Park, and Kinuta Park for this class. The class will consist of a combination of running, body weight exercises, and friendly competition to keep your heart pumping throughout the class! The combination of cardio and strength training will get you toned in no time!



Studio Circuits

Length: 60 min.

When: Weekday mornings 9:30-10:30am / 10:30-11:30am (see schedule)

3-10 students / class

This 1 hour program begins with dynamic stretching and proceeds to a 10 minute circuit program to get your heart pumping and muscles hurting! The loud music and good people around you will make this tiring session fly by. Learn English and get a good work out, all at the same time!



Run Club

Length: 60 min.

When: Weekday mornings 9:30-10:30am / 10:30-11:30am (see schedule)

3-10 students / class

This program is for beginner / intermediate level runners. I will introduce proper running form to run longer and stay injury free. I will give you tips on racing, and we can register for races together to accomplish goals.



Personal Training

Length: 60 min.

When: Weekday mornings 9:30-10:30am / 10:30-11:30am (see schedule)

3-10 students / class

The personal training program will be made based on your needs and goals. Please ask for more information!




Nutritional Counseling

Length: 60 min.

When: Weekday mornings 9:30-10:30am / 10:30-11:30am (see schedule)

3-10 students / class

The nutritional counseling will begin with a consultation discussing your reason for signing up. You will be asked to provide a detailed food diary as well as a thorough diet questionnaire so that I am able to review your eating behavior and views on food. We will make small changes in your diet to make gradual transformation to a cleaner, healthier lifestyle!
